( Geometric Colors 2012)
This piece was made of wood which was painted and shaped to size with acrylic. Each piece is a symbol of my emotion of the time. My original idea was to showcase the beauty of geometric shapes
by combining various colors . Emilio Nosta was my inspiration which intrigued me to create this series The majority of this pieces were displayed in an exhibition before in a Gallery of Design District of Miami
My inspiration to create Vertical White(2012) was to show repetition in colors. The white stands out to you indirectly while the red appears more present. This piece just stands out to you when you walking in a room.
"Sunset at Key West " 2012\
This work was also another part of my undisclosed series . The blue paint symbolizes the sky of Key West. This piece was made from wood, acrylic and automotive paint . I was impressed when I went to Key West and I was intrigued by it's sunset. This was the first time that I did a piece with automotive paint. I used sand paper to smooth the wood .
(The Pain of The City : Homage to Purvis Jones 2008)
This piece was created after I went to an exhibition of Purvis Jones in Boca Raton. After I saw his work it intrigued me to create something as magnificent as the pieces I saw. This piece was created with wood ,acrylic , and mixed media.
